What's good?! My name is Aaron Jeffers. I've been training for over a decade and have been coaching for the past two years. I specialize in kettlebell training. My goal as a coach is to teach you to move well, get you stronger, and ultimately hep you feel good about being you. Let's look good naked.

Strong First
We prioritize strength over everything. There will never be a time in your life where you will wish you were weak. There will be a time where you will be grateful you were strong.
Endurance Second
The ability to endure will serve you in all aspects of life. That's why we train to our limits and beyond. We do hard things in here because life will always be harder.
Skill Building
Few people at your typical gym use kettlebells. They're hard, unforgiving, and made of iron. We ensure you have the skill necessary to use this tool effectively and make it look easy.
Cult Vibes
The journey to look good naked is not for everyone. The world is against you. The FDA wants to poison you. Fast food will always be 5 minutes away. Alcohol is a staple of social gatherings. Our cult wants to change that. We want you to eat food that was either grown or killed. We want you to drink mocktails more than cocktails. We want YOU to look good naked.
